Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ringer ("Ringer", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Ringer is

Ringer is a training tool for home-service professionals. We use artificial intelligence to generate simulated customer conversations, calls, transcripts, and insights. The people you speak with are AI, not real customers or leads. Ringer is for practice and skill development only. We do not provide real sales leads, and nothing delivered through Ringer is a real customer, appointment, or booking.

2. No guaranteed results

Ringer is a practice tool. We make no promise that using it will win you jobs, increase your revenue, or produce any particular outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact information, including a mobile number you control. Access to the calling line is tied to your registered number and is for your use only; sharing it does not grant others access.

4. Billing and payments

• You pay per conversation, priced by trade. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.
• To keep conversations flowing, Ringer may automatically charge your saved payment method to replenish your balance as conversations are delivered. You authorize these charges when you provide a card and continue. There is no fixed subscription — you are charged only as conversations are delivered.
• You can stop all future charges at any time by closing your account (see Section 5).

5. Closing your account, and refunds

• You may close your account at any time from your account page. Closing takes effect immediately and stops all future deliveries and charges.
• Closing your account is not a refundable event. Any conversations remaining in your balance when you close are forfeited and are not refunded.
• Delivered conversations are consumed and are not refundable. We may, at our discretion, refund conversations that have not yet been delivered to you. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Records

We keep records of your purchases and of what we delivered to you, including after your account is closed, so we can support billing, resolve disputes and chargebacks, and meet our legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Ringer is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Ringer after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
