Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This Policy explains what Ringer collects, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Account info you give us: your mobile number, email, and service-area ZIP.
  • Payment info: your purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card; we receive limited details such as the amount, a payment reference, and the last four digits — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage records: the conversations we deliver to you, when they were delivered, and records of your calls and the transcripts and insights generated from them.
  • Site & device data: when you visit our marketing pages we and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to collect standard information such as pages viewed, referring source, and general device/browser details.

How we use it

  • To deliver the service — generate and send you conversations, run your calls, and produce transcripts and insights.
  • To handle billing and payments, including automatic charges as conversations are delivered.
  • To provide support, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and chargebacks, and improve the service.

How we share it

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Ringer (for example, Stripe for payments and Google for our records), and when required by law.

Analytics & advertising

On our marketing pages we use analytics and advertising tools — currently Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand how people find and use the site and to measure our ads. These tools set cookies and receive standard event data (such as a page view, when someone begins checkout, and when a purchase completes, including the amount). You can limit this through your browser or device settings; if your browser sends a Do-Not-Track signal we can honor it. We don't send these tools your call recordings, transcripts, or insights.

Retention

We keep records of your purchases and of what we delivered to you — including after your account is closed — so we can support billing, resolve disputes and chargebacks, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We keep other information for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can close your account at any time from your account page, which stops future deliveries and charges. You can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing us; note that we may keep certain records where we're required or permitted to by law (for example, transaction records).
